2 The kind of information we hold about you
2.1 We will collect your personal contact details such as name, title, address, telephone number(s) and email address.
2.2 We may also collect details of any disabilities or other health issues that you have if we need them to administer your visit to our hotel.
2.3 We may also collect some information about you as you use our website (including your IP address), as described further in the ‘Cookies’ section below.
2.4 We will record CCTV footage of you when you visit our hotel.
3 How is your personal information collected?
3.1 We collect personal information about you when accommodation, a conference or banqueting function, a wedding, or dining, either using our website or by phone. We may collect further information from you if you otherwise correspond with us by phone or email.
3.2 We will also collect your name and email address if you register to use the free Wi-Fi network at our hotel.

We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

5.6 We may share your data with, but are not limited to, our preferred Debt Collection Agencies/Field Tracing Agents and Doorstop Collection Agents whom our company has instructed to recover any unpaid debt owed to us by yourself. This is all based on our Legitimate Interests.

6.1 We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we aim to limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

7.3 In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use such information without further notice to you.
